M(US)E Magazine is a publication that tells visual stories of the influences shaping identity today. Issue 1 focuses on Zillennials (1997-2003), a micro-generation shaped by both pre-digital and digital eras. This dual upbringing gives them a unique perspective, blending nostalgia with modernity. M(US)E reflects the Zillennial spirit of being “tragically unserious” in a chaotic, fast-changing world while embracing tongue-in-cheek eco-conscious marketing and second-hand fashion. The magazine's design, evolving layouts and cohesive narrative mirrors this generation's individuality, humor, and cultural touchstones. M(US)E celebrates Zillennials while demonstrating how publications can engage meaningfully with their unique values.
